The spaciousness of the room and bathroom.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.
Nothing just a hotel, wifi is poor, only available in public area. no water cooker. Requested Twin bed but given double.
The room and bathroom was totally bare without any amenitites. The lighting was poor and not bright. The room was warm as the aircon capacity was low and not able to cool the large room.todos opiniões »
The location. The road leading to the hotel before Mahkota Hospital, the
traffic is very bad. The night I was there, the cars were bumper to
bumper not moving. It took a long time about 1 1/2 hours from
Malacca town to reach the hotel. I will not book this hotel again.

2. no hairdryer available when request saying all spoil ..very rude
3. wifi very poor.
wall paint peeling off, no water provided, very dull paint color, very noisy when the wind blew during the wee hour, the TV programms were blur, the toilet without proper soap and shampoo. etc.......
The breakfast buffet. No varieties for children. E.g Cereals or fresh milk. No varieties of vegetables to go with the porridge.
