  The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak good English. The rooms are very spacious and always kept clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to shopping malls, parks, chocolate/tea/coffee factories, historical places and landmarks.   It was a nice hotel to stayed in as it was nearby to shopping malls & streets(along bukit bintang) . Easy access to public transports . Easy to find foods opposite the hotel if you are lazy to walk to nearby malls/streets . You can also find convenience stores like 7-11 just beside the hotel . Just take note that even at 3am,there will be buskers singing till morning and - the hotel right in the middle of the shops. plenty restaurants which is important to me. the bb plazza is my favorite. close to all the other facilities like twintowers etc
