the reception staff was fantastic, very helpfull with everything we needed to know, hotelrooms small as to be expeted for pricerange, but very clean and nice.
Room is very spacious. Strategic location to the nearest train station. Food stalls everywhere.
They gave us an upgrade! The hotel is near the rail station and the bus stop, friendly staff.

affordable price. THE HOTEL IS A NEW BUDGET HOTEL IN MASJID INDIA. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT BUT BACK OF OLD GARDEN HOTEL. HOTEL HAS WI FI ON EACH FLOOR. HAVE LATE NIGHT HAWKER FOOD AVAILABLE NEAR THE HOTEL. YOUBWOULD BE SPOILED FOR CHOICE. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.
The morning staff is very kind & helpful (the Malay & Indian Girl). Taxi/Bus station is 5 mins walk.

location, very difficult to get to the hotel because of one-way roads, our taxi driver spend nearly one hour to get us there, also another grand-orchard hotel around the corner, all too confusing!!.

Location of the hotel is very hard to find, even the taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is (open yr 2012). The noise from the renovation next to our room is very disturbing. Thin wall, you can hear people banging the door. The aircond is dusty.
Air conditioner is not really cool.
