Jimmy was incredibly nice and has a good grasp of English. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed and the facilities are good. There's a separate men's and women's shower or toilet (which I don't much care for, but I know some would). It's a few minutes walk from both the Toho subway line and some really great restaurants. I'd definitely recommend staying there if you can. Jimmy is a cool guy who speaks good english and is very accommodating. He is well travelled and can give good tips on local sites/food. Rooms are clean and the lounge area has a nice ambiance.
