This hotel was great! Perfectly clean and very spacious. Recently renovated it seemed. Excellent indoor and outdoor Onsen and luckily a western oriented breakfast. Only thing I missed at breakfast was Yoghurt.
The kitchen had an induction stove and a large fridge with freezer. No problems stocking up on food for the whole week.

We really enjoyed our stay, there was one staff member in particular that went above and beyond for us making our stay very enjoyable, I believe his name was Goti (hopefully I got that right and he can get the recognition he deserves) Niseko is an awesome place and although the resort is quite far away from Kutchan the resorts shuttles make it easy. Because the resort is further away it makes it alot more peaceful at night especially wanting to relax after the big days and the onsens on site ar

Love the hotel, nice modern clean room. Connecting rooms were an added advantage. Ski in and out facilities were very convenient. Rental services was very convenient, staffs were helpful and went out of the way to ensure that we had what we needed. With the lockers provided, equipment were conveniently stored. Chalet Ivy Hotel is a beautiful building in Kutchan; the room is very new, clean and modern; we can see a peace and beautiful Mt. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.
