O que as pessoas dizem
Awesome experience!!! Julia who is the owner is extremely helpful and
understanding. She accommodated to our request at time of our check in.
Excellent rooms and Excellent location. Our room (601) was facing the
river (main one just opposite the station) and the Hotel is literally 50
mtrs from the station. In fact the bridge and the public transport
facilities are right outside the Hotel. I strongly recommend staying at
this hotel as it cannot get more reasonable and friendly and ideally
locate. todos opiniões »
location location location, this has to one of the best situated hotels in Venice, close to the station main bridge and the water-bus/taxi stops the staff were very helpful especially the concierge from the sister hotel as he redirected us back to the Abbazia deluxe after we had walk past the entrance (which is easy to miss) if you stay there, turn up the alley and the door is directly on the left, we had one of the rear rooms on the 1st floor and we couldn't believe how quiet it was all in all.
The room was beautiful and the view of the Grand Canal was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived in Venice on a cruise ship the day before and had to disembark early. They let us store our luggage at the hotel and it was in our room by the time we got back from exploring. Breakfast the next morning was simple yet elegant and delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here again.
We arrived in Venice by train. This hotel is a block or two from the
train station and several blocks from the bus to the airport, which to
us was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and hotel staff
were friendly and helpful with information on sights to see and how to
get around Venice. Breakfast was great with choice of cereals, pastry,
eggs, meats, juices, etc. We would recommend the DeLuxe to others.
Location was very convenient for transport but the room was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was interesting and comfortable with an excellent power shower/bathroom. Furnishings and fittings were of high quality. The hotel is very private amidst the bustle of the Scalzi area so you get the best of both worlds.
I liked that the room that we stayed in was spacious. It was in a very
convenient location right next to the waterbus stations and the train
station. The room was clean and the reception was had a warm feeling. It
didn't feel like we were in a hotel room at all. And my kids truly
enjoyed staying there.
Design and decor in the room, location couldn't have been better, breakfast was perfect for what we wanted and set us up for the day. The hotel is next to these rooms so you can use the facilities there if you wish. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The location near the railway station and other transport facilities, the excellent service -the staff friendly and professional, a ready-to-help attitude- the cleanliness and the very quiet ambiance, the buffet breakfast, the free internet wi-fi.
Just right next to Venezia S. Lucia station. Hotel decoration is very beautiful. Staff also great. On the second day we need to checkout early ( before their breakfast time). They offered us to have breakfast at Abbazia Hotel instead.
Excellent location for trains and cruise ships.Great views onto the Grand canal from the window.Good breakfast. Not cheap, but nothing is in Venice, and worth it for the location and standard.Have stayed before and will do again!.
1.Location: It was right on the Grand Canal and our room had some magnificent views.
2. The room decor was in the typical Venetian style
3. It was a very economical hotel considering its excellent location and room decor.
- Great location, just 3 minutes walk form train station.
- Nice / lovely design both room and breakfast room
- Nice Bathroom
- Friendly staff ( if you met her as she will come in the morning to prepare the breakfast ).
It was in a great location near he station and walking to anywhere but very quite. The staff were very helpful with initial orientation and getting around. It was also close to bus stop if hauling luggage an issue.
Really loved it. The location, price, facilities, food was all great. Couldn't fault it and will recommend it to others and return to it again. Thank you very much to all the staff for their help and friendliness.
Reception, porter, breakfast staff, all hotel people were kind and had good hospitality mind.
Room was very clean and well maintained. Very near to the train station and shopping, restraurant, etc.
The room looked exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location, beside train station and with good access to all the sights of Venice.
unfortunately i spend only one night at the hotel.anyway everything was great and i strongly recommend Abbazia de luxe to anyone visiting Venice.
Hope to be there for a longer period .
Location , close to train station, resturants, shopping area and water
bus station . Nice view to water canal Good breakfast Excellent and
helpful staff ,especially staff name Julia.
Our room was excellent - overlooking the Grand Canal. Right next door to
trains and ferries. Excellent location. Bathroom was modern and very
clean. Good breakfast.
Great location close to railway station, we had nice cozy room that is quite large as for Venice hotels, staff was very friendly. Overall very pleasant experience.
The hotel was perfect for a night in Venice with a great location to things to see. If I ever get a chance to come back to Venice I would stay there again.
Location, staffs, service, comfort, price, etc, just everything. This is the best b&b ever. I definitely will stay here again for my next Venice trip!.
location is very good, near to the train station and near to the water bus stop
a good choice if you do not want to carry heavy luggage in Venice.
It is well decorated and warm. The location is perfect. We woke up early and can go to Abbazia Hotel for early breakfast.
The room was lovely, bed comfortable, the bathroom was big and well equipped, the staff excellent and breakfast excellent.
the location is very good, near the train station and also close to the main street , very very converient.
We got a free upgrade of the room and that was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
Great location; very near train station. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.
Excellent location close to Grand Canal, Station and Cruise Terminal.
Very Quiet.
1/ excellent location – old town, still close to parking lot 2/
very nice design.
The location is right on the main street and near to the train station.
Handy for the bus connection to the airport and the cruise terminal.
excellent service, great location and a wonderful breakfast.
Large room , close to train station.
Great location & specious room.
Location and the staff.
Location and the staff.
Breakfast was great.
Location is right next to the main train station. The staff is great and
its a quaint small hotel with small but nice rooms and great bathrooms.
The facilities and the breakfast is great. Walking distance to rialto
but a bit too far for san marco. Took us 45 minutes to walk to san
marco. Better to take water taxi.
near the railway station and bus stop.
Convenient. Good Hotel for the money.
close to the railway station--2 mins walk.
I cant think of anything.
The stairs up to reception, if you are not able to do stairs it is not a good place for you.
nothing.
The Abbazia DeLuxe is staffed only a few hours each day, and we were
referred to the Abbazia Hotel up the block for service at other hours.
While this was okay for us, we would have preferred more hours of
service. Being city folks, we were happy on the main street near the
train station. However, folks wanting a quieter setting should find
rooms off the main street or stay in a location more central to Venice
than was our location near the train and bus stations.
The view from our room at the back could have been a bit tidier but we were hardly in the room so was not important to us.
The breakfast buffet could have included a few more items like
cornflakes, turkey ham, a toaster, eggs and a wider selection of breads.
Nothing to be honest. We would definitely return.
One of our two rooms -the standard double room-was incredibly small, had absolutely no luggage/personal belongings depositing space-not even a shelf above the bed. This room also had a private bathroom that was accessed by 4 steps stairs, pretty uncomfortable if you had to use the bathroom by night.
Hotel is at 2nd floor with no lift. It may difficult if you have big luggage. ( Hotel staff help you carry it anyway).
We faced no discomfort at all. Just one watchout, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. But the hotel staff carry your luggage up. So if you don't mind climbing some steps daily, this is an awesome hotel.
- Very small room, not enought space for 2 person luggages
- Small and not convenience wardrobe
- No electric kettle in room
- The shared pantry always locked
- No view
- Cannot turn on A/C.
Nothing really.
About 2 minutes from original main hotel and new DeLux part. No bath tub.
Weak connection to internet Expensive ,may be because I took the last
room availble.
Our only complaint was wardrobe space was very limited. There was
nowhere much to put anything.
nothing.
no stairs. need to carry out the luggage downstairs after check-out
but it is common for the hotel in Venice.
The room is a bit small. We have to get the wifi password from Abbazia Hotel everyday.
the price is a little bit high as we are not always in the hotel.
There is no elevator so if you have a huge suitcase it can be a problem (but the reception also offered help). In the morning I was waiting for a while to get hot water.
Quite a lot of steps up to reception area,.
Nothing.
For hotel called itself “de luxe”, the room was small, by my opinion,
luxury should apply not only to design, but space available too.
The hotel has no lift. One had to carry her luggage up very high staircase.
tricky to find.
Canal view room will not have privacy , if open the curtain.
Hard to find initially.
Low bed in room.
Rooms too small.
not easy to find the hotel!.
Air conditioning design and ergonomy is not good.
small room.
