Great hotel. The breakfasts were fantastic with wide variety of food, staff behind the desk friendly and helpful, cleaning staff friendly, rooms spotlessly cleaned and made everyday, close to train. Trieste is quite small so nothing really too far. I paid the same per night in Rome, Hotel Altavilla, and comparing Hotel Milano to there is like a 5

Surprisingly very Comfortable rooms, although lobby and buulding itself seemed to be rather old and little untidy. Not luxury but very good hotel with helpful staff.

The location was superb, the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable albeit I would have preferred a external view. Would book again, for weekend or short city break. Apartment located close to train station, easy to walk and also close to the centre by foot.
The apartment was huge and very clean. Reception staff were friendly and polite and should you wish to leave luggage of your check out day that's no problem. Would stay here again if we were in Trieste. There is a bar/cafe just next door but we didn't use it so cannot comment.
There is also a supermaket very close by on the next block.

Very helpful staff, they let us enter the room before 9:00 am on the first day and kept our luggage until 8:00 pm on the last day. The hotel was very nice inside and the rooms were very clean. It is only a 10 minute bus ride from the city center--the bus station and train station--with the bus stop being 100 yards away from the hotel. Manager Aessandra was warm, friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Willingly assisted us when we needed a doctor and hospital, she volunteered to act as interpreter, we couldn't have worked the Italian medical system without her. Thank you so much Aessandra.
Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with extras. Close to everything Trieste has to offer.

The hotel is situated in a small village but many attractions are conveniently to reach from there (by car). For a trip to Triest there is a bus stop in front of the house, there is a direct bus connection to Triest central station.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with variations each day. The rooms are cosy, very clean and lovely decorated.

Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste.
The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English.

We were travelling for our wedding anniversary and on arrival learned we had been upgraded to a suite - fantastic!! The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. They were happy to call up a restaurant for me and book a table. I also heard them calling an airline office for another guest to change their flights. We liked everything about this hotel! What can we say? Very well situated, clean, cosy, friendly and helpful personnel.. You get a special price for the parking which is situated close to the hotel. We will definitely come back! -
