Set on Salina, one of Sicily's Aeolian Islands, Da Franco offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and neighbouring islands. It features an à la carte restaurant and lush, peaceful garden. Da Franco is a whitewashed building with characteristic tiled floors, typical of the Aeolian Islands. Every room is air conditioned and has a private patio surrounded by plants and trees. They combine antique furniture from the 19th and 20th centuries with a flat-screen TV and minibar. Breakfast varies every day and includes homemade cakes. The restaurant overlooks the sea and serves Italian cuisine and specialities from the Aeolian area. Da Franco is near the Fossa delle Felci Nature Reserve and less than 5 minutes' drive from the dock. Guests have a free shuttle to and from the property, and an additional shuttle service around the island on request.

Staff very kind!! He offer a free shuttle service fron and to the port! A very good sight and a great dinner at the restaurant!. They pick us in the port and take back for free. They can speak english. Position:you need a scooter but in these islands it's obvious!. close to the city, but up in the hill, so the road to the city is very, very steep. Breakfast could be better.
