  We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. The staff is perfect. The brekfast is ok, tea, coffe, 2 cornetto, jam, bred, jus ( not real). I would reccomend just to add some ham and cheese. Incl breakfast delivered to your room and it is very clean with nice air conditioner! Just a short walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one shot to downtown Rome. Very convenient. Getting there from the airport is a bit more tricky but not too bad.

Overall, it was a great stay and we will - I liked the breakfeast in the morning as it realy brang out the Italian side of food culture especially being from the uk the difference is incredable! As I stayed over the easter weekend you could feel the excitement from the locals regarding the new pope Francis. The location was great with only a 12 minuite walk to Vatican City and metro line! It is a quiet real Italian feel throughout the hotel and surrounding streets! I will defiantly be back!

Our room was a good size for two people--just enough space--and the bathroom was very modern and clean (something that can be a rarity in other Italian hotels).   We were catching a very early flight so we decided to stay since the price is right and it was within 15minutes of the airport. We had to get up and leave at 0330 and the owner got up and checked us out and even made us Cafe and cookies. It was a wonderful experience. - Very friendly and helpful staff, arranged for our laundry to be done ( a little costly but very convenient). Stayed a couple of nights and was a good location with free car park. We used the car to drive to the train station to get into town and have to drive to restaurants. Quiet location.
