  A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast.   Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared!   Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.
