We loved the agriturismo and spent a happy week there. It's a lovely secluded spot surrounded by the beautiful fruit and vegetables of the farm - grapes, vine tomatoes, aubergines, fresh figs and prickly pears - and the owners generously let you pick your own. Surrounding area was very picturesque. Staff were very helpful and pick you up from the port which was great because it would be a long walk uphill otherwise! Very good place to relax.

Most amazing place I have ever stayed. Total relaxation both at La Forrsteria and at the nearby private beach. Fabulous food and the most attententive and friendly staff who did all they could to make you feel welcome and at home. Very personal and wonderful experience. Worth every penny!

I liked that it was not crowded--because of the off -season probably, that the staff was helpful, the camping is closely monitored , so you have keys for the gates if you come back in the evening. I was in a bungalow which was fine, I didn't venture in other sides of the camping but all looked quiet and the guests were behaving in a civilised manner.

This is well maintained property. Clean and comfortable. But please note that it consists of 2 parts, about 1 km apart, both in lemon tree garden. When booking, ask for the main part, because it has a poll and restaurant. The dinners at the restaurant are very good and very reasonably priced. -

1. The owner Piero - extremely nice and helpful person. Was looking for us byhis car to give us a lift from the bus station when we came late in the evening. We could always sent him email during our stay with question/request and he reacted immediately. Really great person.
2. Lady cleaning rooms every day - I have never seen such good job, even in expensive hotels.

We had an apartment at this B&B with a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs, a double bed , two single beds and good bathroom. There is a nice little sitting area outside in a pretty courtyard. Massimo the owner is very attentive and helpful and a marvellous breakfast is served outside his cafe just down the road. Scicli and it's surrounding towns, beaches and countryside are all very beautiful.
