  The hotel is connected to a farm, owned and ran by a local family. All the members of the were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tidy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent! It included home-made cakes and jams. We also got a bottle of wine (for free), made by the family. You can also buy wine there, quite cheap (starting from 3€... o que as pessoas dizem » ). But the best was the location of the hotel: next to a traditional Italian farmhouse with fantastic views to wineyards and the neighboring old villa - Everything was very nice, the setting is great, my son loved peacocks that are walking around the farm, as well as dogs, cats and goats. It is working farm with vineyards so you can get nice wine for very good price. Extremely clean. Nice breakfast. I got special diet and can`t eat carbs, our hostess was very kind to make eggs for me every morning. Also very nice choice of home-made and local produce for breakfast.

  We loved this hotel very much,the staff were fantastic, very friendly and work very hard !! A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!).   The menu with wine pairing at the hotel restaurant was delicious The spa area, although not big, was very nice The staff was extremely nice and corteous, we received a really great service! - Very friendly staff doing everything they can to make our stay as pleasant at possible.   The apartment is perfectly clean, friendly, equipped with everything you need. The terrace is cozy, perfect to have breakfast or dinner. The room had a small refrigerator, but the dining room has a large, which can easily cool beer or wine. For the normal temperature in the room cared blinds and air conditioning. Although the traffic of the "main road" went right by the building, there was no noise whatsoever. + Maria, the owner, is such a bundle of joy!   The welcome from Roberto and Manuela and their staff and children could not have been kinder or more generous. Incredible view from the terrace where we ate all our meals. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the funicular to como (but Roberto will drive u if u wish). A memorable visit. Other hotel stays pale in comparison. My las - The hotel is at a beautiful location. In case of good weather you will have a superb view over Como and the lake. The host is very friendly and helpful. We could arrange our check-in for the next morning flight via Internet on their computer. Driving to the hotel (abt.20min from Como) was exciting and funny. You need to be prepared for narrow roads where only one car fits. The hotel is not easy to find but once you are there the view is great.
