My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station.

Everything! The staff was great. The room was clean and fresh. Ours even had a patio to the front yard! Almost everyone there spoke English well!! It is in a very quiet area, so I could sleep well, yet quite close to the trains to take you to the center of Roma!

Location is good (walking distance to train/metro station and hotel is located in nice modern neighbourhood not accesable without remote controller for gates - very good), staff is extremelly friendly and helpful, parking is right next to the hotel, behind the gates and is free. Hotel and rooms are clean and in nice condition. Hotel garden is beautiful and also have swimmingpool. Great service for normal price.

Very nice place, Antonio, who runs the B&B, made our stay at Rome
much better. He gave us many tips about restaurants, interesting places
to visit and transportation that made much easier visit the city. The
room are good and always clean, breakfast is good and you feel “at home”
in the B&B. It is located close to the train station and to the
Metro. It is like a B&B with a concierge. I strongly recommend it.

Very nice buffet breakfast. I could communicate with the staff in English. Staff were very ready to assist. My luggage was kept safe for me after checking out until I was ready to leave late in the evening after my program in Rome.

attractions are walkable but if you are not fit like me, public

The hotel feels like it has only recently been renovated so it has that fresh new feel. The location is second to none - located near the Vatican Museum entrance.
