  Quality versus price is more than excellent . I have travelled a lot around the world and it would be great to find these kind of b&b's on my way ! Next time i visit Rome i will reserve a room here again !

  The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and connecting with the Hop On Hop Off buses (both were just a liesurely 10 minute walk. Marco's little welocme basket was really apprerciated - I really liked the location, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. The apartment was as great as expected, had wifi, felt like home.

  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... o que as pessoas dizem » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

У него же мы - Giulio was Great! He was very welcoming and helped us tremendously planning our trip in Rome, booking online tickets and showing us turn by turn direction on Google Maps to the best restaurants. The room was shiny clean and very bright. We were let to keep our room for late checkout. The breakfast is presented throughout the day and you can use the kitchen and BBQ at your own will. The area is not in the middle of the city but there is a tram and buses that frequently go to Terminni station. 5
