For being a solo traveller, it's everything you need. It was warm, clean and with a good space.
Everytime everyone walked in the hall you could feel and hear it as if they were in your room, but it is very safe. The internet doesn't work very well, it has a bad reception and you have to pay 2 euros extra for it.
Very good value for money. Only one star, but we found everything we needed, and the rooms were as they was supposed to be. Towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer - everything was working and was fine. The place is very ok too. Close to Metro station, not far from Centrale. Also a few fine pizzerias in the area.
Our friends room was a little bit noisy. Sounds from the street in the morning (we got the yard windows, so no such problems) and walls and doors are not very hermetic. But nothin really bothering.
The stuff was very helpfull and friendly enough - they could have been more extrovert though. The price was super, it was warm and clean. Very close to Central Station, right next to Corso Buenos Aires and near a metro station (Lima). The centre of Milan (Duomo, La Scala e.t.c.) is just a 20-25 minutes walk.
Not very comfortable which we didn't mind very much. No view at all and in general, not really a pretty room. But for what we paid, all these were just details. Besides, we were outside the whole time. We didn't want anything more.
Comfortable, clean, up to date. Room was small but homey, plenty of places to put things, and view out the window was great! Lots of little restaurants around.
The water kept going outside of the shower, there was nowhere to put my things in the shower, and it didn't drain very well. I also didn't know how to get the wifi--I found out that you have to pay for it at the front desk. Not expensive, but I wasn't aware.
The location is great: 10 min. from the RW station on foot, and very quiet at thesame time. Neet little rooms, clean sheets and towels. Friendly stuff

Everything was just fine and better than what I was expecting. Friendly staff, even the cleaning ladies very polite and happy doing their job. The room and espcially the bathroom very clean..the water was hot and the air conditioner was working fine. There are 2 supermarkets very near - which is a great thing for people "on a budget" :)
I think the wals are pretty thin, because I coud hear when someone from the next room was taking a shower, but I haven't heard their TV or anything else. So that wasn't a major problem.
Good location, staff speak English. Little Italy Pizza near to the hotel is a must. Bathroom facilities are very good and overall good value for money. Be warned if you want to go to the football then you need your passport

The hotel is really good for the very modest price. We had everything we needed in the room including very cheap wifi. The room has a conditioner that is really useful in Italia. The room and bathroom are rather small but for this price I believe one wouldn't expect for a royal palace! The room completely suits the travellers who prefer sightseeing all day long - as we do!

The hotel is in 15-min. walk from the main railway station. The room was surprisingly large (however, there was 4 beds instead of 2 for the same price).

Very friendly staff - always smiling! Excellent location(15 min of walk from centrale station, 3 min from metro, 1 min from corso Buenos Aires). Aircondition in rooms worked. Easy acces to internet(1 eu per hour).

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived before check in time. The air conditioning was great and the Internet was fast.
The shower was very,very small. It was fine for me, but I don't think a large person would fit. Also, it would be nice of wifi was just included in the price instead of being an additional cost.

no lift in a building and the old guy at the counter is not fluent in English so he can help you not much when you ask for general information about the city attraction/ transportation.

It was close to a nice shopping area and within close walking distance to two metro lines which took you to the main shops of the city. It is an easy walk so you could skip the subway
10 minute walk from Milan Central Station which is great if you plan to use Milan's transportation systems. Room was clean and great value for the money. Area was quiet at night.
If you plan on walking everywhere (and not using the metro and such) Nettuno may not be the best choice: Took at least 25-30 minutes to walk to the Duomo with the most direct route.

Easy to reach from the train station. By foot about 25minutes to the Duomo, which was not bad at all, because there was nice big street to walk on and good shopping area. Hotel was alright enough in all.

Very good hotel for normal price. Good localization - only 3min walking distance to the main street in Milan with famous shops. About 7min of walking to railway station (and bus station). Very quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside) which is a big plus in such a big city which never sleeps. Bed linen and towels included in price. Room was very clean. You could find few bakeries, restaurants and bars closely so no problem with finding something good to eat or drink. Hotel staff was very welcoming, helpful and speak understandable English, no problem with communication.

Very clean, new bathroom, comfortable bed, very convenient and quiet location - the important things are all ticked for us a visitor of an exhibition. No breakfast, but good places to have typical Italian breakfast very close by. Good restaurants close by, too. We would go again.
For what it is (1 star hotel, very plain), it was too expensive, but we stayed there at one of the most busiest times in Milan and left the booking a bit too late - so in the end we were glad it turned out to be what it was.

no elevator. also the shower has a strange cord hanging from the wall. pull it and you get a phone call telling you it is for emergencies use only please! i guess showers can be dangerous places.
