Ease of finding and access. Lovely views of Lake Tresimeno. Helpful receptionist when changing my friend's room. Local ferry ride to Isla Polvese and a walk around the island was defintely worth it. -
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Tre Isole - it was a bit quiet being out of season - but very relaxing. We managed to actually get some rest

Group of friends from Greece stayed at this fantastic guest house. Felt like we stayed in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast with local specialities and Irene a very warm hostess. Will definately be back and recommend villa Irene to friends. Value for money. -

The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly, particularly Giacomo, Leonardo and Agnes.Casa Sul Lago has free bicycle usage for getting around the lake which is beautiful and plenty of day trips available to nearby places such as Cortona, Arezzo etc and the castle in the middle of the lake. A convenient hotel on the lake shore of Lago Trasiemo. The hotel room itself was large, with a living room, kitchinette and double bedroom and balcony, which was more than adequate for our needs. Also the hotel had a pool. table tennis table and bikes we could use to ride along the lake.

The building had been updated using rustic quality materials which produced a lovely original Italian feel to the rooms. Our apartment was provided with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge cooker and even dishwasher). Each bedroom was provided with air conditioning which allowed you to get a really good night’s sleep in the heat. Great swimming pool!

Our eight-year-old daughter loved the horses and other animals. The family that run the farm were enormously helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend it!
