Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

- The location is great. The bus stop is 5 mins away and the bus 60 gets you to Plaza Venezia, few mins away from Colosseum. The public transport in Rome is excellent, its pure easy to find your way around the city. There's also a supermarket nearby.
- The breakfast is good, you can eat as much as you want. Theres croisants, cereals, fruits, tosts

allowed us to store our bags at the hostel the next day whilst we

Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses. The owner and the staff are very helpfull and kind. The family room is big enough for 4, beautifull decorated and very clean. The area is quiet and safe with a tobacco store in front of the building where you can buy tickets, and markets, restaurants and cafeterias around. We staied in this hotel during 5 days. We fast found it, due to previsoly looked trought internet and feedbacks from other people, that the hotel is based on 5th floor in the building. walk from the room is where you can catch a bus that takes you in one

The room we chose looked just like in the picture. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.

Spacious room, with nice furnishings and fittings. The "chromatherapy" lights are a nice touch. Nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Locations is very practical for the station and public transport. The owner is extremely helpful and obviously cares about his business. -

We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.
