  We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply. We chose to walk via academia to rialto and P. mar - Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

  I chose Alloggi Marinella principally for its convenient location near Piazza Roma and the railway station, but the Rialto and San Marco are only an interesting 20 minute walk away, and the ferries stop nearby. It's a curious little pensione, with some rooms located in a sort of "mews" behind the main building, with a separate entrance, and others... o que as pessoas dizem » located upstairs in the main building. I stayed in both and both had their charms and both were very comfortable. Perhaps stay in the main building i - Excellent location if you are on a cruise or need to be near rail or road transport. It's also close to one of the major water bus terminals. Quiet street with shuttered windows. Room was small but clean with adequate storage. Free WiFi available in the lobby/breakfast area, but I managed to get it in the room as it was directly above this area. Staff a very helpful with suggestions and directions.

  The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle, tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were friendly too. The hotel staff was very kind to pick us up in Piazzale Roma as we arrived late afte - The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet.
