  This Accomadation was clean, modern, and very comfy. Not to mention the location was spot on. It's round the corner from the coliseum with bars & food places on your doorstep. It's set on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a block, (and has a lift if you don't fancy the stairs). Also really good wifi in rooms. So helpful in so many ways, from finding good eats to computer connections. The hotel was very clean and at a great price. Also helped being so close to the Coliseum (5 minute walk), and the forum. Easy taxi ride to the Vatican. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast, so can't comment.

  Great Location to start your trip visiting the Coliseum and the rest of Rome. Coliseum is only 15 mins by foot. Staff is extreamly warm and helpful giving me the map and recommending me where to eat, places to visit etc. Hotel is in a old building which makes u feel like u are actually living in someone’s house rather than in a hotel. Would definately stay here again when i’m in Rome. - Location is really great, close to metro stations but for example Colosseum is only a 10 mins walk, the area is friendly so it is also worth walking. The building has recently been renovated, rooms are nice and look like on the pics. Special thanks to the host Gianluca who speaks English perfectly and provided lots of useful information, recommended cool restos and bars to visit. We absolutely enjoyed our being there.

  Evreything was just perfect, I am very happy with my choice.We stayed in the double bedroom apartment.The position is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the subway station, also a very good start for a tour of the ancient attractions of Rome as many touristical objectives are walking distance.The apartment was great, big and spacious... o que as pessoas dizem » , 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, bathroom and kitchen, very clean, being cleaned every day and also laying on a quite quiet street in the noisy center of R - We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta
