The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini.   What an amazing hotel! Very friendly owner who was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the area was a little rough around the edges, it was always pretty busy and as 2 girls travelling together, always felt safe.
