Location is right in the centre near Arena. The hotel is very cute in
an ancient building. Two stylish old ladies at the reception ( the
owners I guess ) were very friendly. They gave us a discount while we
were paying as we missed our breakfast. And we were asked to pay at
check out. The price via booking com was pretty low for a place like
that.

This hotel can compare very well with some 4-star ones I have been to and when I asked the Management why it was classed only as a 2-star I was told it was because they did not have space for a lounge! Bureaucracy!!!

Location was excellent - so very close to all the tourist bits. Staff were really really helpful and friendly. It was very clean. Rooms were good size with great air conditioning. All in all, fantastic value for money. It was basic but brilliant value for money for a holiday where we were out all the time seeing all the sights. -

staff e localização - I was very pleasntly surprised by it all, the location was fantastic, very central, the hotel was of a very high standard, clean and warm. The staff, which were mainly family were extremely helpful and very friendly and were very accomodating to our needs. A little treasure and fabulous find, would definitely recommend it. - L

There was a pretty courtyard for breakfast, and a fridge near Reception from which you could buy drinks, including wine and beer, at very reasonable prices.
Verona Centre was a brisk 15 minute walk, but there's a supermarket at the end of the street, and a few good restaurants nearby. I really recommend Pizzeria Napoli, less than 2 blocks from the hotel; food and service were great.
