Barbara is very friendly, and always ready to help and answer any question. The staff is also nice, trying to be invisible for guests.
As for location, hotel is 3 min walking to Piazza Cavour and 10 min walking to Vatican. All main streets are very near to the hotel. -

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. Excellent value in a central, accessible location.
Great restaurants nearby. Lots of choice. Excellent for shopping or as a launch for exploring all of the main sites of Rome. The room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet.
Highly recommend for future visitors. I would definitely book there again when I return to Rome. -

The position is excellent. On the fourth floor of a substantial palazzio gives the hotel an authentic feel. The manager was very welcoming. The location was excellent!! Stay here for easy walking to all of the sites and the metro station at the Spanish Steps and Barberini. We had a little balcony which was lovely and a perfect place to eat breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The place and our room was kept quite clean. We had no problem with street noise or noise from guests.

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are
extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of
options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more
convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to

Gabriella (the staff) was very helpful and kind that we feel like her "old friends". Breakfast was very good. Room was homely with small, but the clean bathroom. The staff named Gabriella was so helpful, courteous and kind that I feel short of words to appreciate her. Besides , breakfast was satisfactory. Rooms are very well sized and toilets are really nice with Bede make life easier. I look forward to staying again at Lofts in Rome.

Location is superb! I walked only. Never taken any bus. So from the hotel I could easily go to Vatican easily via Emmanelle II and all the attractions such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon were really close by. There were many great restaurants in the distance as well. It takes about 30 minutes walk from hotel to Colosseo.
