  Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  The location of this hotel was absolutely great! Just a 40-minute ride from Venezia Santa Lucia station by vaporetto and you are in the very heart of Venice. Our room faced the inner court so it was very silent, the room was large with old fashioned furniture which gave us retro feeling - it was nice. Hairdryers are given on request but you have to give them back every morning. The bed was no - The place is easy to find and easy to go to everywhere. The single room is big enough for one person and is clean. They make it clean everyday. Even though it is shared bathroom I found it not very busily used so I don't have to wait for long. But you need bring your own shampoo and showering gel.

The b and b is brilliantly located for the main sights. Our room was magnificent. We overlooked the canal and had the sounds of the evening and morning to enjoy. Large bathroom and breakfast was very nice and convenient. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.

Dominique seems has worse English so for more complex questions it's better to communicate with Antonio. The water taxi and Vaporetto stops are only a couple of minutes away and most of the major attractions are within easy reach. I would happily stai in Hotel
