Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

The hotel rooms are suberb,very modern and clean with remarkably comfortable beds. The bathroom is big and the shower is so relaxing. The staff are really out of this world. The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

I was on the business trip and it was very important to me to recharge my battery after a hard day.
In this hotel I was able to relax and also thought about the day being in Rome.
the staff is very friendly. Everyone was ready to help me in different matters: to book a taxi; the advice of how it is easy to get an unknown place for me in Rome.
the room was clean all the time during my stay.

They were very accomadating when we were delayed in London for two days (cancelled flight) and needed to move our reservation by that number of days. The size of our room was good with very high ceilings adding to the feeling of a very spacious room. Free wifi worked efficiently in the room. Staff were very helpful. Location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk of Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and just a little bit further for Trastevere. A good value hotel for the location.
