  The location is excellent! It's really close to Piazza San Marco. Also, I was sent directions by hotel staff in advance, so it was very easy to find the place (which usually can be quite tricky in Venice). All staff are very helpful and friendly, really nice people. The place itself doesn't look very new, but cleanliness is impeccable. The b and b is brilliantly located for the main sights. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.

Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. It's also in a very touristy area with lots of shops and restaurants, which was perfect for what we wanted. It was a very quiet place, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep.
