  Alina, who runs the hotel is probably one of the nicest people that I have ever met. She was always smiling and ready to help you with any questions or recommendations. What a sweetheart, she made our stay a wonderful experience. We got a room which had a balcony overlooking the street and canal - really nice view. Staff: The hotel is run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful. Food : Breakfast is ok.

  We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45 minutes after we were supposed to. The staff are very kind, rooms are clean. We live in the top floor and from the window there you can see the bell tower in St. Marco square.   We loved everything about this apartment. We were given exact directions where to meet the representative ( which after a long flight was great.) The location of the apartment was fantastic for us... We felt like we were living amongst the locals and yet we were 10 minutes walk away from the Rialto. We were met by the lovely Silvia who was very welcoming and gave us an introduction to the Carneggio area where we were staying, including a local map showing supermarket, restaurants, etc. It was great to not be in the busy tourist area and we really
