  Localização, pequeno almoço e empregados. - Hotel deixou muito a desejar. Para usar o ar condicionado era preciso pagar 10 euros por noite. Espaço do banheiro era minimo, uma pessoa um pouco mais groda não conseguiria usa-lo. Mas o pior de tudo foi com relação à limpeza péssima, de todos os hoteis que fiquei na italia esse foi o pior e o preço de ... o que as pessoas dizem » todos era equivalente.

  Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! It was cool inside the room, even thou... o que as pessoas dizem » gh it was hot outside.We were able to leave our bags once we'd checked out in a locked room as we still had time in Rome before we caught our train. T - Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

  Right by Termini station, which is great for those flying to Rome, as there are direct buses from and back to the airports; very friendly staff; independent and safe (really safe!) entrance to the building; room cleaned every day, towels changed, clean bed sheets soap/shampoo, etc. provided; air con; hair dryer; fridge; very quiet (no street/rest... o que as pessoas dizem » aurant noise); TV (if you understand Italian); breakfast included (a typical Italian breakfast, a small croissant and a cup of coffee) - B&B Termini is run by very nice people who helped us with great tourist information. They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.

  As soon as we booked the hotel I was contacted by Emiliano, the owner, asking for our flight details. He also gave us very helpful directions to the B&B. We arrived at 11:30 at night and Emiliano was waiting for us outside the hotel, this was excellent since we were very tired. The bathroom was perfect, very clean and with a really nice shower. The service - Emiliano who runs the business was very helpful and flexible. I could leave my bag in the apartment on my last day and pick it up before I had to travel. The breakfast was always filled with those bits that were eaten or drunk. The location was really good as me and my mum could get anywhere in Rome easily.

  The hotel location is great, very close to the Termini station, which is super easy to use both line A and B subways. The area is also pretty safe as well. The hotel owner - Polo is super nice. The hotel facility is very simple, but good enough for most travelers. The hotel is actually in the 4 floor, and has a small elevator. The manager, Paolo was very polite and showed us around, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it doesn't have much facilities but its a nice, clean room , and provides the basics.

  The room is amazing, and it includes towels, shampoo, a mini-fridge, a locker, you even have a hairdryer! It's just two streets aside Termini Station, and the street was quiet all the time. It's on the 4th floor of the building, it just has 4 rooms so you have a very personal attention. Our four-star hotel was booked so we had to find an alternate place to stay; letsbookhotel.com lewd us to this wonderful no-frills bargain. Simple, clean room, powerful wifi signal, TV, AC, room fridge, modern bathroom and shower, etc. Would have stayed longer if I could.
