  O atendimento é excelente! Massimiliano e todos os outros do hotel são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. O quarto que ficamos é muito grande, com bastante espaço para circulação e acomodação de bagagem. O hotel tem um terraço super aconchegante com vista para o Coliseu e o Foro Romano, onde é servido o café da manhã, o qual é bem completo. Não conse... o que as pessoas dizem » gui acessar a internet do meu tablet mas Massimiliano me emprestrou o dele, o que foi muito gentil. - A localizacao e incrivel, a vista da sacada no cafe da manha ainda mais (da pra ver o Coliseu!). O atendimento muito bom, o dono muito simpatico, nos deu muitas dicas...Fora o charme do predio, com portas antigas....

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... o que as pessoas dizem » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. There is a lift, however, I enjoyed taking the spiral staircase.   We stayed with two kids }5 and 8) only for one-night stop on our way to U.S. but definitely will use it again when we go to Roma for few days to see the city - perfect place in city center, nearby is a small plaza with fountain - authentic feeling of Roma's "genius loci" -walking distance to Colosseum (you can see it from window), DiTrevi fountain... o que as pessoas dizem » etc. - simple B&B, clean, enough space, all you really need is there -warm and kind welcome from Roxana (even if we arrived a bit later than exp - I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.
