The staff at Chic & Town was phenomenal. They are extremely friendly
and try to make you as comfortable as possible. They also helped us plan
some of our trip and would give is a map and draw out routes to take or
book dinner reservations by looking im them up on google and calling

Chic & Town Luxury Rooms is in a great location, both to get to and to get around in the city. The staff is amazingly helpful and they're always ready to help you to make your holiday as special as you want it. They also recommended good places to eat out for dinner. The staff are by far the biggest asset in this hotel. We were greeted by Raphaella who could not have been more helpful throughout our stay.
On one night we had an issue getting our mobile to work which given we had left our two small children with their grand parents was an issue. The hotel let us use their phone to make an international call

We stayed 3 nights at Fabio Massimo and really enjoyed our stay there.
The staff were really friendly and since there were only about 9 rooms
(I think) the level of service was exceptional. Breakfast was good and
the hotel was really close to some good restaurants. Me and my
girlfriend were there on Valentines Day and I asked the receptionist to
do something with my bedroom while we were away, he arranged for a
bouquet of roses and rose petals on the bed with Champagne glasses

Localização - it's not big but very cozy. and the major advantage, i guess, is its location right in the center of the city. both the major sightseenigs, small restaurants and underground are in the immediate vicinity. it allowed me to see all the main spots on the eastern bank of Tevere in one day. i'm really glad that i found this hotel. and also

We with the daughter stopped in apartments in the center of Rome. It was
very convenient. We had the keys, could feel at home. There is a mini
kitchen where it is possible to cook food, to make coffee. Manuel the
wonderful owner, was very attentive and useful to us. Five minutes to
the fountain and the Spanish ladder, and thus very quiet place. I
recommend for couple of friends or a family.

Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Staff have excellent suggestions for places to eat and its location was very easy to get

We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.
