  Very nice and kind staff. Very well situated for bar/restaurants. Easy to reach city center with tram 14 - station Caneva in Piazza Carlo Caneva, 250 meters walk from Hotel going on Via Fratelli Salviori. It has stations at: Cimitero Monumentale (Monumental Cemetery), Lanza station for Castello Sforzesco and Duomo station for Cathedral, Galleria ... o que as pessoas dizem » Vittorio Emanuele and Scala di Milano Opera House. A 24 hours ticket it's just 4,5 Euro - There's a supermarket just two blocks away, so you can buy a liter bottle of water for 40 cents, rather than paying €2,00 for a 250ml bottle. Close to a restaurant with a great aperitivo. Close to a nightclub. You can take a tram to the Duomo, and the closest stop is about 3 blocks away. There is a fridge, which is great. Bathroom is clean.

  First of all Milaan is a nice city to pay a short visit. People are friendly. More friendly then in other parts of Italy. The hotel was perfect. We payed 58€ for a night (babybed included). I have to say this is a 10/10 for money/quality. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They are young and driven people who love their job. They have a nice garden (nice for our kid, 2 years old) and - Great location as very near to the metro stop and with quiet neighbourhood. Staff are friendly and helpful, esp. Paola, at the reception. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.

  We stayed at the hotel for Four nights.The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. I liked the clean room with a comfortable bed and windows that open wide to let in the air. A good breakfast and free wi-fi were also welcome. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.

They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things.
