  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

  We arrived at the B&B to be greeted by Laura, who is a very sweet owner of this large apartment on a first floor (European first floor - North American second floor). The room was exactly as described on the booking website, very clean with comfortable bed, reasonably large. I loved having access to kitchen: little fridge, stove and breakfast that was refi - Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike. Little bit far from the metro (Repubblica app. 10min on foot, Barberini - 15 min on foot) and for Rome it's ok cause it's always nice to walk in such a beautiful city. Breakfast simple but also good and enough (if you used to eat something more substantial just buy some cheese/prosciutto/eggs in the nearest grocery).   The location was very good, very near the colosseum. The staff was friendly and took care of us. The room was clean and very confortable and located in a typical Rome building where one enters to a patio. I already knew that the hotel has several of this floors that act as an hotel. The breakfast is at a local café, where they are not particularly nice, but you can choose freely the pastries for the cappuccino. In one - I liked a lot that the manager payed a lot of attention to our requests and needs. It was there for us every time. He also helped us a lot with information about our trip to Rome and how things works in there. I would totally recommend to everyone! Don't get afraid when you see the manager will take you from one place to another, he marketed I guess 3 hotels as the same one but I stayed in Sky Rome Hotel and it was the same as the one in Filippo Hotel up here.
