We had a great time in this 'guest house', as it's not a
hotel. We took a double room, it's was really new, clean and very
well maintained. Breakfast buffet was opened for our access anytime

We stayed here for 8 days with our nine month old baby and we were very satisfied. Stuff is very friendly and helpful (organized our transfer from and to airport), everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are soundproof and nicely decorated. Open kitchen is very practical and useful, with salty and sweet breakfast. Wi-Fi was free and with good signal. WE saw this hotel at the last minute and since we wanted to be near the train staion (a ten minute easy walk away) and the Opera House it was perfect (a two minute walk). We had a late snack at a very lively restaurant across the street. Wish we couldn't have stayed there longer. -

We stayed for 4 nights in this B&B in their best room. It was very nice and clean, with an orthopedic bed (the mattress with a foam was not worse than my at home). Hotel manager had told he was going to replace windows with PVC double glass packs next week to make sleep even more comfortable.

Suite exactly as described and was very spacious and romantic.
The sound proofing was excellent, both from the busy traffic, and the noise from other rooms. Stayed in three hotels during our Rome trip and this was the most luxury hotel room with such a wonderfully comfortable bed! Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, and there was also a little kitchen which provided tea and coffee making facilities should you fancy a hot drink any time of the day or night.

fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.
