The room was fantastic, Clean, comfortable and very large. The bathroom
was also very nice, well furnished with an excellent shower. The staff
were very friendly and helpful. On arrival they provided us with a map
and directions to the center of the city. The Breakfast which consisted

The father/son owners, Luigi and Mario, work hard to create an affordable, welcoming and convenient place for travelers to Florence. The center of town is close enough to walk for those inclined (15 minutes) or short cab ride for those not so inclined. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and quiet.

Nice place in walking distance from the city. Close enough to be comfortable, far enough to escape the street sellers. Cosy place, good breakfast, nice room. The staff recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood "Trattoria" I think it was called and I really recommend the place. Great food for great prices! -

The decor and the appearance of the manager made the B+B seem classy, especially compared to other residences.
The breakfast was served in room with yoghurt, croissants (prepacked) and crispbreads. Down the hall you could also make coffee and cereal, fruits and toast.
The manager was very friendly and helpful.
The room had air-con and WIFI too.
All in all, great place.

We stayed for 7 nights and loved every moment of our stay. Hosts
Viviana and Paulo made us welcome from the moment we walked through
the gate. Their place is welcoming and relaxed and nothing is too much
trouble. Viviana even showed us how to catch the bus and where to
visit in Florence. Her daily treats and well stocked complimentary
fridge were well received. We ate at the local restaurant six nights -
another of Viviana's suggestions - fantastic. The quality of this
place was great.

It s best hotel choice we made in our trip to Italy. The location is not far from the city center.
