What a pleasant surprise!
Well worth it and will recommend.
We stayed for two nights and travelled into Rome by car.
Our room was big and well furnished but the real thing is the excellent taste in décor!
Soft colours with attention to detail - like the print of rocks that reflected the handles on the cupboard in the bathroom!

So selecting this hotel for sleep and fly based on other reviewers' comment was not a bad idea. Luca and his father were really friendly and made us feel at home. We were given a short trip of the adjacent food shops with a personal advice of which shop's food is better than the others. 荷物を受け取ってiPhoneをVodafone ITに設定して、指定の電話番号にかけると直ぐにフェデリコが出て15分で迎えに行くと。バス停に行くと５分も待たずにミニバンで迎えに来てくれました。ホテルまでは車で５分。住宅街のテニスコートの前にあるペンションです。ジュースを出してくれて、喉を潤してから部屋へ。設備はやや簡素ですが、新しく奇麗です。エアコンやシャワーも問題なし。WiFiも簡単に繋げました。オーナーは猫好きなのか、ロビーに猫の置物があり、庭にも２匹猫が居ました。適度に親切で、適度に放置してくれるのは猫好きだからでしょうか。翌朝、子猫の見送りを受けて空港に向かいました。乗り継ぎに使うなら、送迎付きで利便性も良くお勧めです。

Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. Host was beyond kind and friendly going out of his way to assist us in returning a car rental, recommending a great restaurant, and even dropping us off at said restaurant. It is the best place to stay if needing a one night stay either flying into or out of italy from fco airport. Breakfast was quaint with added bonus of fresh cut lemons from the host tree! !! Would stay again ans highly recommend.

Luana and Davide were wonderful hosts. They picked me up and returned to the airport. One trip is complimentary and a 2nd is half the price of a cab! The place is in a beautiful quiet garden. Lovely free breakfast with cappuccino and croissant and other goodies.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Rome --just a short train ride away.
The B&B is next to an amazing pizza place owned by the same family. Meals here were top notch. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed with clean crisp sheets.
