  Mr. Franco was very helpful & friendly. He gave us directions on how best to get to the hotel from the airport in advance. Room and all amenities were clean. Twin beds were small but comfy. Very quite inside the room and at night. Small garden inside the complex is nice. The old- style elevator was really neat & worked just fine. Lots of cafes to choose from nearby, highly recommend "Tomoko Tudini" - pizza there simply delicious! - The most outstanding service one could imagine. We were amazed by the effort Franco made to ensure that we were accomodated like queens and we felt there like at home. The room had a beautiful interior, it was very comfortable and clean. The perfect choice we can sincerely recommend to everybody. THANK YOU VERY MUCH also for the great help with organising the birthday surprise for my child and the delicious cake prepared!   Assunta was the most amazing host and warmly welcomed us on arrival, despite the fact we got in at midnight! She gave us some bubbly (coke for me as I don't like booze) and showed us where all of the places we wanted to visit were on the map. The room was beautiful, very comfortable large bed, newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower and a TV with loads of channels and a build in DV - We really enjoy to stay at Stelle di San Lorenzo, everything was perfect! The hotel is in a nice area, not touristic and calm but very close to the historic center. The room was elegant and clean and you have a great view on the top floor terrace! We also really enjoy the hospitality and the great advices of the owner, Assunta. One more advice: we had a great dinner at the restaurant "Rouge" which is just next to the hotel!
