Everything about this hotel suited my stay and I will definitely be returning. The bar was great, will live music. It was located not far from the city centre, so we drove in to do some Christmas shopping (which was out main purpose of this trip). Food was really nice, couldn't fault this hotel at all. Excellent value.

Irene was a great hostess, meeting us at the house, helping us park, showing us around the place, giving us little treats (strawberry cake)! And Irene had a brochure with other interests around North of Ireland, brilliant! It's not a huge place but was plenty big for us, 4 adults/couples. We only stayed for 1 night.

The owner, Irene, really makes this place fantastic we received a really warm welcome. Great location, great facilities and spotlessly clean. Would really recommend this accommodation for a family or group of friends wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside that makes up the north antrim coast!!! The homemade 'fluff' cake was a beautiful and delicious surprise, it added a very personal touch to a great stay.....thank you. We will be back!!!

From the minute we walked in, the reception from all the staff was excellent. They were really very helpful and polite. The hotel was really clean and enjoyable,with easy access. The staff even allowed us to park our motor bikes under cover.
I would highly recommend the ballyrobin and will be returning within the year. -

The front of house staff were were efficient and friendly when we checked-in and were throughout our stay. They had local knowledge of the area which helped us with our plans. The restaurant and bar staff were also very friendly and helpful especially Kevin.
The room had most of the facilities we needed and was very large and spacious with three beds in it (we only needed a double!)
The views of our room were of the sea and coastline which was stunning
The rooms were very clean and well equip

Staff very helpful, friendly always greeted with a smile and always time to speak to you. Food was excellant and very reasonable and a good choice of menu. Rooms was bright spacious and spotless. The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.
