The were so pleasant and good natured .The lady on reception Pauline was so efficient and hard working and willing to accomodate our request for a later than usual check out time.All in all very friendly and the bar food on Saturday was first class.   The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.   The welcome on the phone from Brenda was so warm, we were celebrating our Honeymoon and she made me feel we had made the right hotel choice before we even arrived! Our 8th floor room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely thanks to the pianist/singer who was excellent. The rooms were most comfortable. The breakfast was of a high standard. The Hamptons restaurant offered us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had in a hotel. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. I would certainly hope to stay in The Savoy again.

  The hotel is central , there are plenty of facilities nearby and the city center is only a short walk or busride away. The pool is excellent and stays open late. - friendly staff. the rooms were very clean. swimming pool great for the kids as it wasn't too deep. would recommend this hotel . Food was excellent also.

  Extremely friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fantastic price. Beautiful campus with lovely stalls, places to have food. Brilliant bus service to concert. Everything made very clear to you in polite , warm, friendly way. Better than any hotel experience I have had to date. Kitchen facilities were very useful. Good shops on campus for supplies. Nice campus for walking in. Regular bus service into the city, so didn't need to use car at all. Really good value for money. Lots of parking on campus, and it was free.

  One of our best stays at any hotel in the country, our room was spotless and the staff couldnt have been any more helpful. Fantastic value for money. - The room and the Fitness space. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed!
