Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. We would return willingly to this hotel.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. Apartamento excelente, com boa localização. - The apartment was a lot bigger than i expected and terrific value for money. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. Also there is a supermarket around the corner which is handy. - Extremely well located. All mod cons, spacious and clean.

Hotel was really comfortable; staff was really helpful and friendly. For a four stars hotel I would expect little bit more, but everything was fine for me during this short stay in Budapest. Hotel is really close to lot of sights, just a short walk from Parliament. Breakfast buffet was well stuffed and had a lot of options.

Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
