Good conditions, perfect for what we were looking for. The host was very supportive (we arrived at 6 AM and he gave us the rooms immediately, having a good rest time).
The location is very close to the city center and the Aqua Palace but also VERY QUIET. Very clean, a decent kitchen which is very good if you have small kids.

Road on construction for going to Debrecen, but that was temporarily (only during working hours).
The beds are quite small for a 1.83 man.
Did not like some minor details regarding the room, but all in all it's worth the money paid.
