This is a wonderful place! We were greeted with a local beer, plenty of good cheer and a beautiful location. Accomodations were perfect, easy access to the hiking trails and a short walk into Baiersbronn. If you are looking for a warm and friendly pension, this is perfect! -

Everything was perfect. Perfect reception of Wi-Fi. Perfect place. Old but renevated. Very clean bathroom and beds. We paid almost 140 EUR per night at Konstanz lake to a hotel which compared to Alte Post, awful services and pretty dirty. After seeing that awful hotel Alte Post was like a 5 star hotel! A little small but worth every penny you pay

Definitely excellent value for money.The rooms were recently refurbished and are very comfortable. Service by the charming young ladies was excellent ,and on could stay longer just because of that. Breakfast was unbelievable value for only 6 Euro. Definitely would go back
