The place itself was near the station, but each time I ventured out, I was asked how was I and where was I planning to visit for the day.   everything was nice and carefully thought out. the hotel is very pretty, in a gracious way, old fashioned but not "old" feeling. It's right n ear "Stuck" (sp.?) a famous art museum. The breakfast, included, was out of this world.   The host Christian was very welcoming and had lots of information about Munich for us. The apartment was perfect for our stay I.E. clean, in a great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. - Christian (the owner) is very attentive and kind and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying yourself.

  staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth. But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

Extremely well located and linked with public transport - S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram 17, etc. Together with my wife we spent two weeks exploring Munich with this hotel being a perfect base. The clean and modern interior is complemented by a very professional and competent manager. The guy at the reception was also very helpful. Definitely this is a hotel we shall come back to with pleasure.
