Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
This is a wonderful hotel.
Located in a nice and quiet area, very nice and relaxing SPA. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend good and relaxing time in Hamburg.

Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious,
however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we
could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money
especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn
stops close by. Would recommend -

Conforto - The room situation was excellent. Totally cleaned up everywhere. The swimmingpool and fitnessroom nearby was also enough for one's satisfaction.The instructor there (man and woman) were definitely kind. - Very comfortable room, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, excellent range of equipment in the fitness room.

The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area.
