  The guy on the font desk is an absolute dude. Allowed me to drop my bags off before check in, gave me great directions, then stored luggage after check out, called me a cab, the works. Also good location, not noisy at all, big rooms, curtains actually work (a first in germany), fresh coffee at breakfast - VERY near train station . .   I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.
