The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. -

Good localization (near Potsdamer Platz) from what you can start you walk tour.
Hostel have their own bikes, which is very convenient (you don't need to search for bike rent) and a must if you want to see a lot in a city. Good and secured parking place (I traveled by car) right behind the hostel.

Gostámos de tudo de uma forma geral, com destaque para a simpatia do pessoal e o pequeno almoço. Mesmo com uma elevada taxa de ocupação do hotel, os alimentos / bebidas do pequeno almoço estavam sempre a ser repostos. - A localização, os pequenos almoços, até tinham "bolas de berlim"!

The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

The staff were very, very nice and helpful. The fact that the reception is open 24h is really nice as well.
I liked the room, which was very clean, and well planned so that the fact that it was quite small didn't really matter. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The value for money at Hotel Johann is excellent, beautiful and spacious room with high ceilings, there is no air condition in the hotel but even during hot days, room remained cool....

The apartment was great! We were a group of 9 girls in our late 20s & there was plenty of room for us all. Only 2 bathrooms so was hectic when all trying to shower but we made it work!
There's a supermarket 3 blocks away or a small one opposite, & a taxi rank outside Checkpoint Charlie.

Great location near the underground, close by to supermarkets and good cafes and checkpoint charlie.
Very spacious and comfortable, bedrooms downstairs gave us freedom to enjoy ourselves in lounge without worrying our footsteps would be making noise for neighbours. Balcony as well and a very quiet area, no problems sleeping at all.
Would definitely stay again.

I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....
