Great staff. Very helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. Made our time in Munich unforgettable. If you don't know or not sure what to see or where to go in Munich, don't hesitate to ask, you will be given great advice. In the process of renovation, but that didn't bother us. There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was welcoming and hospitable. I like that the hotel had a fitness center and sauna. The breakfast was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Munich. -
