We liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel it was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We also happy that it was right beside the S-bahn and we were in the city in minutes. -

Cost performance was extremely high. High standard hotel with low price. Room was large enough a family with 4 person and was like new! Good location, close to the shopping mall. Good location, as it is just located about 150 meter away from Ostbahnhof which is the end of U-6 subway line. Just go to the exit of Ostbahnhof with the sign of Hanauer Landstrasse, cross the road, walk a few steps, and you will be in front of hotel already.

Hotel is literally at the terminal station of the tram 17 which takes you to Hauptbahnhof in less than 15 minutes. I've stayed in many hotels in the suburbs of different cities, and this was one of the closest to the public transport.

Friendly night staff - we arrived really late (5 am) and there was no problem with the check in. -
Everything was perfect. We arrived very late (2am) but were well received and the rooms were ready for us. The rooms were clean and the beds VERY comfortable after a long trip on the road. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -
