The location is great, only a 20 minute walk to the historic district
and nestled in the more contemporary neighborhood of Neustadt. The owner
was very nice and quick to help me solve any issues that came up (the
internet went out, but he quickly got me back online). I stayed in an
apartment and was happy to have the at-home feeling while spending a few
days abroad. Dresden is a beautiful city, and I plan to go back soon and

The room was perfectly clean, beds comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, willing to help, friendly, speaks good English. Breakfast was really excelent with varied choice of different food, although the dinning room was quite small, breakfast was pleasurable experience. Really good location, close to tram and it was only 15-20 minut slow walk to the city center so we didn´t get the tram.
- excellent room for it's price, well-furnished, clean, nice decoration. Especially we enjoyed the window view.
- very nice district for those travellers who want to feel the real city life. Ones who come to visit the old city and museums location might seem too distant.
Easily located, using the very good Dresden tram system, very close to the bishofsweg tram stop. good facilities in the room and a comfortable room, the Internet worked, though a bit position dependent. A very good Vietnamese restaurant by the pension. Good value.
nice and friendly staff, rich and good breakfast (but quite the same everyday), clean and quiet room. there are 2 frequent trams that connect the place to the city centre and the main station. I was please with almost everything :).
Two markets at 30m and 150m. Two trams (7 and 8) at 50m going directly in old town. The tram #8 goes directly to the main train station of the old town. The owner never gave us that important information before our arrival.
The owner was very nice and helpful, the price was great, it was very easy to reach other parts of the city, there are many nice restaurants in the area, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave available.
The studio room was spacious and well furnished. Kitchen facilities were enough for one or two person. Dogs were free of charge.

Just a room in Dresden, not so expensive.
It was fairly well situated for access to the city.
Some internet difficulties, and the fridge had some mold growing on the
shelves, so I didn't want to use it to store food.
We have the room without own bathroom, but on the other hand we share the bathroom only with one other room and bathroom was all the time absolutelly clean. Maybe there was quite cold in the bathroom (but we were here in december).

Kitchen poorly equiped to make cooking. No microwaves,. We get one only after asking for. No coffee pot. We get one only after asking for. WiFi weak and inconsistent. We get another spot only after asking for.
Wifi could be better.(had to use hotspot type which often asked me to login). There are no lift so I had to carry my suitcase to the second floor...

The location because it was too far from the city center. There wasn't any elevator.
Dirty and noisy. Rooms have no reception, so you have to contact with
administrator to get the keys.
