Very friendly and helpful personnel and directly located at the trainstation. Perfect Hotel to avoid extreme expensive hotels in Koln or Dusseldorf during exhibitions !. Good services, quite helpful,. No Meal n Dinner service within the hotel, No good vegetarian options...
