A localização é excelente. Dentro do Centro Histórico. - A very comfortable room in a very attractive hotel. Right in the centreof the tourist area, parking was easy too. - Friendly staff/owners. Room beautifully decorated as were the public rooms. Breakfast good.

The location of the Comtes de Champagne is perfect for exploring the centre of Troyes. This was an unexpected pleasure and we spent hours wandering through the little winding streets.
We were pleased that the hotel provided secure parking.
The hotel is very atmospheric, with many interesting features which reflect its history.
Breakfast was plentiful and efficiently served.
Bathroom and bedding were clean

My partner and I chose to stay overnight at this hotel for its restaurant Le Royal. In the Michelin app it is listed as 'Traditionnel, Classique'. And that's exactly what it is. Good gourmet food for a very reasonable price; a three-course menu for under €30 is excellent value including a cheese trolley and/or dessert trolley!

Although there are a range of photos on the site, it really isn't possible to do justice to this lovely hotel. It has been very sympathetically updated and has a real wow factor.

Restored half timbered ancient building - lots of oak beams - spiral oak staircase - spacious room - very clean - central location next to the cathedral with no problem parking in the one-way cobbled street outside the front door - superb continental breakfast with option of cooked if wanted (but we settled for the Continental)

Superb hotel, right in the centre of town. The room we had was the family room as it was the only one left at the time of booking. It would be ideal for a family with 2 children upto the age of about 8 at the max, as there is a small single bed and a coy suitable for a little one upto about 3 in a seperate room off the main bed room. Brilliant room, spacious, bright, clean, tastefully decorated, separate room for the kids (full of toys), really amazing. The hotel is a beautiful old building, truly a 5 minute walk from the old centre of Troyes. Decor to a high standard throughout with many interesting features. The room was large and comfortable with bottled water and tea and coffee facilities. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. This was a most artistic and beautiful place. The decor was suberb. Everything was perfect, bed, towels, little fancy bag of shampoo, etc. Even cotton buds provided. Owners were delightful and helpful (spoken English limited) but fine. Would love to stay here again.
