This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, very good location on the corner near tram Broglie stop, very modern, new, and well thought-out facilities (no kettle, but two-ring hob and pan, and fridge worked well), excellent wifi. We reserved junior suite, but it was upgraded to suite. Room was large, clean and beautiful. We could go out to balcony, enjoying beautiful Alsace building inside. The hotel is absolutely the best in Strasbourg. Stay in the hotel could be one of the best experience in Strasbourg.

Very charming hotel. Old and new combined perfectly, tastefully furnished, very nice atmosphere. Service was outstanding! Friendly, smiling, very service minded staff (all of them without exception). Everything came together in a perfect manner. We give our best recommendations. One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Will absolutely return one day to this hotel. Great experience!

Already my third stay in Apartments Le 32 and it is my favorite
accommodation place in Strasbourg. Excellent location (close to the
Cathedral), quiet, independent, well-equiped for a couple and even a
family (we had a two-level apartment on the last floor). Even if one
arrives when the reception is closed, all information on how to enter
the building and pick up the key (door card) is sent by email.
